Pumpkin Juice

1 can of pumpkin
4 cups apple juice
2 cups white grape juice
2 cups pineapple juice

In a pitcher that will hold at least 9 or 10 cups of liquid (or at least 2 1/2 quarts), open can of pumpkin and spoon into the pitcher. To make stirring easier, add the white grape juice and stir well, then add the rest of the liquid and stir to combine. Refrigerate immediately or serve over ice. The pumpkin will settle to the bottom over time, so stir before serving.

Makes 9 cups.

Tips from Hermione

I based this recipe off of the pumpkin juice recipe in The Unofficial Harry Potter Cookbook. The original recipe has twice the pumpkin in it, but everyone that has tried it that I know of prefers it this way. This recipe is super easy to make, the annoying thing is just having to stir it all the time. The original recipe also has directions for using real pumpkin, and I plan on trying that sometime in october... when I can actually buy a pumpkin! haha
